At present, the energy structure of rural and township areas in China mainly includes straw burning, natural gas, biogas, liquefied petroleum gas, electricity, solar energy, honeycomb coal, carbon, raw vegetable fuel and so on, but only biomass straw burning is the most economical, environmental protection and practical at present. Rural areas consume three to five kilograms of plant raw materials a day, which can solve the daily energy consumption. And it can eliminate the pollution caused by the original coal, raw coal, plant incineration, and can replace the role of liquefied gas tanks and traditional firewood stoves in rural areas.
Working Principle: Biomass fuel is evenly spread on the upper grate from the feeding port or upper part. After ignition, the induced draft fan is turned on, the volatile matter in the fuel is analyzed, and the flame burns downward. A high temperature zone is rapidly formed in the area composed of unburned zone and hanging grate, which creates conditions for continuous and stable ignition. It is smaller than the gap between the upper grate and the burned hot fuel and unburned particulate matter with exhausted volatile matter. Under the action of induced draft fan and gravity, while burning, it falls downward, falls on the high temperature hanging grate for a short stay, then continues to fall down, finally falls on the grate. The incompletely burned fuel particles continue to burn, and the burned ash particles fall into the ash hopper of the ash discharging device from the bottom grate. When the ash deposits to a certain height, the ash discharging gate is opened and discharged together. In the process of fuel falling, the secondary air distribution outlet supplements certain oxygen for suspension combustion, and the third air distribution outlet provides oxygen for combustion on the lower grate. Fume after complete combustion leads to the convective heating surface through the flue gas outlet. Because of inertia, large particles of smoke and dust are thrown into the ash hopper when they pass through the partition board upward, while small particles are blocked by the net of dust removal baffles and most of them fall into the ash hopper. Only some very small particles enter the convective heating surface, which greatly reduces the dust deposit on the convective heating surface and improves the heat transfer effect.

In Britain, more than six million tons of wood are used as garbage and landfills every year. If the wood can be processed into biomass fuels, it can meet most of the household and engineering needs of heating and heating boilers.
6. Renewable heat excitation. By installing biomass boilers, regenerative heat incentives can be obtained, which is a government-supported financial incentive to promote the use of renewable heat for domestic and commercial markets. Shortcomings of biomass boilers
