熱力除氧器(旋膜除氧器)是一種新型除氧裝置,它能除去熱力系統(tǒng)給水中的溶解氧及其他氣體,防止熱力設(shè)備的腐蝕,是保證電廠和工業(yè)鍋爐安全運行的重要設(shè)備。適用于各類電站鍋爐、工業(yè)鍋爐給水及熱電廠補給水等用水的除氧.
除氧原理
在容器中,溶解于水中的氣體量是與水面上氣體的分壓成正比。采用熱力除氧的方法,即用蒸汽來加熱給水,提高水的溫度,使水面上蒸汽的分壓力逐步增加,而溶解氣體的分壓力則漸漸降低,這樣溶解于水中的氣體就不斷逸出,當水被加熱至相應壓力下的沸騰溫度時,水面上全都是水蒸汽,溶解氣體的分壓力為零,水不再具有溶解氣體的能力,亦即溶解于水中的氣體,包括氧氣均可被除去。除氧的效果一方面決定于是否把給水加至相應壓力下的沸騰溫度,另一方面決定于溶解氣體的排除速度,這個速度與水和蒸汽的接觸表面積的大小有很大的關(guān)系。

Deaeration Principle
In a container, the amount of gas dissolved in water is proportional to the partial pressure of the gas on the water surface.
Thermal deaeration uses steam to heat feed water, increase the temperature of water, and gradually increase the partial pressure of water vapor on the water surface, while the partial pressure of other gases gradually decreases, so that other gases dissolved in water will continue to escape. When water is heated to the boiling temperature under the corresponding pressure, the water surface is full of water vapor, and the partial pressure of other gases is zero. So water no longer has the ability to dissolve other gases, that is, the gases dissolved in water, including oxygen, can be removed.
On the one hand, the effect of deoxidization depends on whether the feed water is added to the boiling temperature under the corresponding pressure, on the other hand, it depends on the removal rate of dissolved gas, which has a great relationship with the contact surface area of water and steam.
